Are your products ready to ship (RTS)?
Yes! All of our products are pre-made and ready to ship. Once received, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Quantities are limited as we make all of our products in small batches. At this time we do not offer pre-orders. Occasionally we will announce a major restock which means we will have more than our usual supply in stock for you to choose from. Please contact us if you'd like to see a particular item restocked and we will bump that to the top of our to-make list.
Do you take special requests for fragrance changes in your bombs?
We cannot take special requests to make particular products in particular fragrances. We have made each bomb in the fragrance we feel is appropriate for the design and we think you'll love it!
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated by weight. We are constantly working to provide the most cost-effective shipping options as possible. If you feel your shipping quote is exorbitantly high, please contact us so that we may double-check the quote you have been given. We do not profit from shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We are a small but growing business. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. However, as we grow we are looking to expand our ship service.
Do you combine orders?
Orders placed on the same day, under the same name and address with NOTES provided at checkout may be combined. Shipping overages will be refunded and the items will be combined into one shipment. After 24 hours, however, orders may not be combined.
How often do you restock?
Items are continually being restocked as they are sold out. If it's out of stock, check back frequently or contact us to get a restock estimate.
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan. Vegetable oils are used in place of lard and tallow in all of our soaps. However, honey is included in some products and would therefore not be vegan. Ingredients are noted on each product page.
Can your products discolor?
Any products with herbs, colorants or even fragrance oils containing vanilla can and will discolor. The vibrant colors of bath bombs can fade over time especially if left in sunlight. However, color performance in the water should remain vibrant.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
Everything has a shelf-life. Cold-processed soap is best used within 2 years. Fragrance can fade over time. Bath bombs will become less fizzy the longer they are stored. It is recommended they are used within 3 months.
Will my items look different from the picture?
Everything we make is handmade in small batches. Please allow for minor differences in your products. Each is as unique as you are!
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your item is damaged or incorrect upon receiving, please contact us immediately and we will exchange/refund or issue store credit. This is on a by order basis. Once you contact us we will evaluate and provide the best solution possible. You can contact us via the Contact Us page.
